Victor Peter Athumani
Midwife and nurse, Mombasa
- 🇰🇪 Mombasa, Mombasa, Kenya
- Mombasa General Hospital
- Since 2012
- English, Swahili, Spanish
I've been a nurse for 14 years, most of them in rehabilitation at Mombasa General Hospital in Mombasa. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I'm learning the guitar.
More about Victor
I still get cards from families years later. They're pinned to my fridge.
