Helping people break into trades
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Kilimanjaro Foundation
- 1979 to 2008
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 610 people through Kilimanjaro Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Victor
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
