Helping people break into software

For eleven years I've mentored people in software and writing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
