I'm a volleyball coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 1,890 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Victor
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Victor: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
