Helping people break into finance
- 🇲🇽 Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, Mexico

- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,890 people through Heritage Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Víctor
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Víctor: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
