For 36 years I ran the swimming program at Kano Boxing Gym in Kano. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Victor
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
