Helping people break into law school
- 🇨🇴 Palmira, Valle del Cauca, Colombia
- Palmira Association
- 1991 to 2022
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,240 people through Palmira Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Víctor
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
