Víctor C. Maldonado
Helping people break into leadership
- 🇲🇽 Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico
- Since 1985
- Spanish
For 41 years I've mentored people in leadership and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Víctor
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Víctor: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
