Helping people break into trades
- 🇳🇬 Epe, Lagos, Nigeria
- Highland Association
- 2007 to 2023
- English, Yoruba
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 560 people through Highland Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
What gifts mean to Victor: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
