I taught economics at Khon Kaen Primary School in Khon Kaen from 1985 to 1995. Most days I taught Year 10, and I never once raised my voice.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I never once raised my voice.
More about Vichai
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Vichai: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
