Veronika Zakharov

Coached wrestling for nine years in Moscow

  • 🇷🇺 Moscow, Moscow, Russia
  • Moscow Swimming Club
  • 1993 to 2002
  • English
I coached wrestling at Moscow Swimming Club from 1993 to 2002. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
