I taught geography at Kyiv Primary School in Kyiv from 1983 to 2010. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I had 1,540 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
