Verónica M. Tapia

Master of carpentry, now teaching apprentices

🇺🇸 Fresno, California, United States
Meadowbank Works
2005 to 2019
English, Spanish

I've worked in carpentry from 2005 to 2019. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 630 apprentices. The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 13 years later for another job. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Verónica

Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.

Crafts and trades

Carpentry Electrical work

What gifts mean to Verónica: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
