Verónica G. Domínguez
Professor of materials science, Austin Institute of Technology
- 🇺🇸 Austin, Texas, United States
- Austin Institute of Technology
- Since 1999
- English, Spanish
My subject is materials science, and for 27 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Austin Institute of Technology.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Verónica
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Verónica: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
