Mentor in leadership and small business

For ten years I've mentored people in leadership and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Vera: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first leadership job in 2022. I still have your notes. Greetings from Manchester.
