Venkatesh P. Balakrishnan
Choir director and singer
- 🇮🇳 Hubballi, Karnataka, India
- Hubballi Quartet
- 2014 to 2023
- English, Kannada
I've played sitar from 2014 to 2023, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 19 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I fix old bicycles.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Venkatesh
I wrote my first song when I was 15. It was terrible and I still love it.
