Venkatesh J. Gowda
Mentor in nursing and finance
- 🇮🇳 Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India
- Indore Community Trust
- Since 2009
- English, Telugu, French
For 17 years I've mentored people in nursing and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Venkatesh
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Venkatesh: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
