I've coached hockey at Harmony Sports Club since 2003. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Vasyl
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Vasyl: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
