I run Old Phoenix Cafe in Patras. We started in 2014 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher.
On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I like to keep things simple and honest.
More about Vasileios
I still cook the same soup every Friday.
What gifts mean to Vasileios: I'd put a gift toward a better oven.
