Mentor in software and finance
- 🇮🇳 Nashik, Maharashtra, India
- Nashik Association
- 2008 to 2019
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Nashik Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
