Vasanthi H. Goud
Master of electrical work, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India
- Old Sunrise Workshop
- Since 1981
- English, Malayalam
My trade is electrical work. I opened my own shop in 1981 in Madurai and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 16 years later for another job.
More about Vasanthi
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Vasanthi: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
