Varun R. Singh
Tiling for eleven years in New Delhi
- 🇮🇳 New Delhi, Delhi, India
- The Ashford Shop
- 1998 to 2009
- English, Hindi
I've worked in tiling from 1998 to 2009. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 420 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
More about Varun
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Varun: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
