Varsha N. Balakrishnan
Mentor in teaching and entrepreneurship
- 🇮🇳 Siliguri, West Bengal, India
- Holy Cross Association
- 2004 to 2024
- English
For 20 years I've mentored people in teaching and entrepreneurship. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Varsha
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Varsha: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first teaching job in 2011. I still have your notes!
