Varsha C. Pillai
Teacher at Nashik Primary School, loves geography
- 🇮🇳 Nashik, Maharashtra, India
- Nashik Primary School
- 1979 to 2005
- English, Kannada
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 26 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Varsha
If you were in my the youngest children class, you probably remember the rainy sports day.
What gifts mean to Varsha: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

you taught me geography in 2016 at Nashik Primary School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
