Vani R. Bajwa

Mentor in writing and engineering

🇦🇺 Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
Baobab Association
Since 1981
English

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,490 people through Baobab Association. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Vani

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
