Baking for 21 years in Pune
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Old Pune Workshop
- 1981 to 2002
- English
I've worked in baking from 1981 to 2002. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 550 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 12 years later for another job.
More about Vani
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Vani: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
