Vanessa Raquel Almeida
Glass art artist in Fortaleza
- 🇧🇷 Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil
- Little Eastgate Gallery
- Since 2003
- Portuguese
I work mostly in glass art, sometimes textiles. My first show was in 2003 at Little Eastgate Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the sea. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Vanessa
I've had 7 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Vanessa: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.

I bought one of your pieces in 2017. It's still the first thing I see in the morning. Greetings from Gujranwala.
