Vanessa Larissa Barbosa
Helping people break into engineering
- 🇧🇷 Maringá, Paraná, Brazil
- Maringá Foundation
- 1993 to 2003
- Portuguese, English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 270 people through Maringá Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Vanessa
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
