I taught English literature at Berlin Grammar School in Berlin from 2018 to 2025. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I answered every email, even at midnight.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Vanessa
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
