Baking for 16 years in Munich
- 🇩🇪 Munich, Bavaria, Germany
- 2001 to 2017
- German, French
I've worked in baking from 2001 to 2017. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 460 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 20 years later for another job.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Vanessa
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Vanessa: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
