For 29 years I've run the athletics program at Rio de Janeiro Community Club in Rio de Janeiro. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
