I've spent 15 years as a lecturer in public health at Pioneer State University in São Paulo. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I play music while people worked. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
More about Vanessa
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Vanessa: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
