Vanessa Ana Duarte
Professor of economics, Salvador State University
- 🇧🇷 Salvador, Bahia, Brazil
- Salvador State University
- 2011 to 2020

I spent nine years as a lecturer in economics at Salvador State University in Salvador. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
What gifts mean to Vanessa: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
