For 27 years I've run the netball program at Contagem Swimming Club in Contagem. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
What gifts mean to Vanessa: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
