Vandana L. Awasthi
Leadership mentor, Mumbai
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Foundation
- Since 1988
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,440 people through Mumbai Foundation.
I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Vandana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Vandana: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
