Valentyna Nadia Marchenko
Master of blacksmithing, now teaching apprentices
- 🇷🇺 Saint Petersburg, Saint Petersburg, Russia
- Stonebridge Trades Guild
- Since 2000
- English, Ukrainian
I've worked in blacksmithing since 2000. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 650 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 18 years later for another job.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Valentyna: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
