I taught home economics at Lincoln Public School in Liverpool from 2011 to 2021. Most days I taught Year 10, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I ran the choir after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
