Valentina Roberta Basile
Mentor in public speaking and law school
- 🇮🇹 Latina, Lazio, Italy
- Latina Association
- Since 1987
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,560 people through Latina Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Valentina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
