I've volunteered with Los Angeles Community Kitchen from 2003 to 2022. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
Our crew is about 15 people now. Everyone brings something.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Valentina
If you've ever been helped by one of our sessions, you're the reason we keep going.
What gifts mean to Valentina: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
