I taught Spanish and accounting at Our Lady of Peace Secondary School, Tampa. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Valentina
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Valentina: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
