Valentina N. Macías

Regional specialties and traditional recipes cook

  • 🇲🇽 Iztapalapa, Ciudad de México, Mexico
  • Our Lady of Peace Cafe
  • 1991 to 1999
  • Spanish
I've cooked from 1991 to 1999, first at home, then at Our Lady of Peace Cafe and later in my own kitchen. Food is how I say thank you. My recipes mostly come from my older brother. I'm always reading two books at once.
