Valentina M. Jordan
Ten years farming
- 🇺🇸 Austin, Texas, United States
- 2000 to 2010
- English, French
I've grown cassava from 2000 to 2010, with a bit of sheep on the side. I'm up before the sun most days.
I teach local school groups about where food comes from. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
What gifts mean to Valentina: A gift would go toward seed and repairs after a bad season.
