Helping people break into small business
- 🇲🇽 Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca, Mexico
- Acacia Association
- Since 2008
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 450 people through Acacia Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Valentina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Valentina: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
