Helping people break into engineering
- 🇧🇷 Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Redwood Association
- 1998 to 2015
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 560 people through Redwood Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Valentina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
