Helping people break into engineering

I'm a mentor in engineering. I spent my career as a night-shift cleaner and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Valentina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Valentina: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first engineering job in 2005. I still have your notes. Greetings from Toulon.
