Mentor in law school and nursing
- 🇺🇸 Rockford, Illinois, United States
- Rockford Mentoring Circle
- 2003 to 2011

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 480 people through Rockford Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
