I taught biology and home economics at Northside Boys' School, Dundee. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm still learning every day.

If you were in my Year 10 class, you probably remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
