Vaishali M. Jadhav

Mentor in leadership and writing

🇮🇳 Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India
Kingsway Community Trust
Since 2010
English, Marathi

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 770 people through Kingsway Community Trust. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Vaishali

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
