Vaibhav Shinde
Local pottery and carpentry
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Lakeview Workshop
- Since 1990
- English
I've worked in pottery since 1990. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,120 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
More about Vaibhav
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Vaibhav: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
