For eleven years I ran the rugby program at St. Joseph's Community Club in Mumbai. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Vaibhav
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Vaibhav: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
